My only advice is to go for it! I would highly recommend it. It really is the toughest job you will ever love, but the smiles on my students’ faces every time they saw me made it worth it. @peacecorps, what would you say?

We’d add: Talk with a recruiter before applying. A recruiter is a returned Volunteer who can answer your questions about what it’s really like to serve and give expert advice on acing the application.
